Fees: They charge $50 to register a taxable business in the state of
Connecticut.
Forms: You may view the business tax registration forms for the
various types of businesses.
Additional information: You may either register your business through
their online application, which can take between 10 to 12 days to
finalize, or you may the office at the address above and complete
your business registration the same day.

Town of Groton Residents: Get the forms and advice you need from the Annex. They will give you a packet of info that will really help you get started, and that is where you will file your Town of Groton Land Use Application if necessary.
